Client and customer services included equipment appraisals and remarketing
for banks, estates, and other construction companies, and the coordination
of outside rentals.

Additional duties included performance of appraisals, equipment
remarketing, locating, inspecting and purchase negotiations of heavy
equipment and machinery.

and Loan Officer. Managed a portfolio of loans and leases totaling
several million dollars. Responsible for successful acquisition and
liquidation of financing and leasing transactions of various types of
machinery and equipment.

Responsible for commercial lending and leasing of heavy construction,
mining, production, and transportation equipment. Regional manager
over six states and ten offices at time of resignation.

and used car inventories, preparation of contracts, chattels, bills of
sale and billing. Assisted in closing out of books and posting to general
