James W. Skelton is a charter and founding member of the EAANA, and is known throughout the industry for his experience, ethics, and dedication to excellence. Mr. Skelton is passing this expertise down to his sons Todd and Greg.
Todd Skelton, a Certified Senior Appraiser, has 8 years appraisal experience, 10 years of mechanical background experience and has furthered his education with EAANA college level courses, workshops, and seminars in equipment valuation theory and practice leading to accreditation as a CSA, and professional appraisal reporting, while maintaining the pursuit of excellence learned from his father.
Greg Skelton has 2.5 years appraisal experience, a bachelor’s degree in economics, and has completed required field specific courses, workshops, seminars, classes and the attainment of Accredited Appraiser status with American Society of Appraisers (ASA), while pursuing an MBA from the University of Alabama.
Both Todd and Greg continue to evolve under the mentoring of one of the internationally recognized professionals in the area of machinery and equipment appraisal.
